This document contains the Architectural Design for the TOTAL COVER
Customer Relationship Management System (TCCRMS).

The architectural design of TCCMRS was constructed from the Software
Requirements as stated in the [URD].

The document structure is based on the IEEE 1471 standard and the
Kruchten 4+1 standard.
